I believe its the aarea across flamingo road from Flamingo gardens. It's fenced off. ea)? Is it near the marsh area on Sheridan Street by the Southwest Regional Library, with the boardwalk?

: I was on the boardwalk Saturday, 12/9, with my husband, we saw
: Turkey and Black Vultures
: White Ibis
: a Glossy Ibis
: many American Coots
: Common Moorhen
: Anhinga
: Tri-Colored Heron
: Pied-billed Grebe
: Red-winged Blackbird
: Motled Duck
: Purple Swamp Hen (3, maybe 4)
: Northern Harrier (female)
: Belted Kingfisher
: Boat-tailed Grackle (female)
: Green-backed Heron
: Blue-winged Teal
: Little Blue Heron
: Double Crested Cormorant
: Snowy Egret

: My first time posting here, sorry if I've included too many common species. I could spend ages looking at them all. :-)

: For anyone going there, beware of the very large wasp nest (full of very large wasps) on the left fork of the boardwalk, on the outside, facing Sheridan. If you lean on the rail too close to the nest, the wasps take exception.
