Hum, that's a good question. Black-hooded (Nanday) is ABA countable in Pinellas County. June Challenge rules specify keeping ABA countable species on a separate list from non-countable exotics. Technically Black-hooded would go on the non-countable exotic list in Miami-Dade, but what if we end up tied and Black-hooded would put us in the lead?
