White-tailed Kite at Chekika

I spotted the above bird at 0835 today over Southwest 168th Street entrance to Chekika. It was not far past the yellow gate with the Everglades Natl. Park sign. It hovered right over the road. I also saw ten Green Herons standing on the electrical lines at one time.
