Brian, you are right, it is near the Biltmore golf course.
Henry, the intersection of University Dr and Bird Rd is approximately half way between the Bird Rd intersections with Le Jeune Rd (SW 42 Ave) and Red Rd (SW 57 Ave). I hope this helps.
