I went by Black Point again this morning and finally saw a Mangrove Cuckoo and a bonus bird... Bald Eagle flying along the edge of the Bay. In the parking lot of Black Point I saw one Gray Kingbird and there are also a few Purple Martins... all juvenile where the road going along dump marsh meets Black Point. Never noticed them there before. I checked all the nearby fields for shorebirds, but only found a few Killdeer and Black-necked Stilts.



We are doing better than I thought we would this year...
