As a sporadic visitor to Wakodahatchee (live in Alexandria, VA - visit my in-laws in Delray 3-4 times a year), I would say that the Wetlands are a "sure" site for Least Bittern. It may take a visit or two, but a later in Spring you are almost sure to see them. There have been several pairs nesting the past two years at least, and you can get really good looks.
