I'm not sure what that gull is, but it's not a Glaucous Gull. Although heavily worn and bleached, its scapulars and primaries are brown. Murray may be right about the ID as "Nelson's Gull," a hybrid between Herring Gull and Glaucous Gull. Or it may be just a very worn and bleached Herring Gull.
