I took the tram ride at Shark Valley @ 9AM today and surprisingly saw quite a few birds.
Anhinga (several)
Red shouldered hawk (several)
Tricolored heron ( 50 +)
Green heron (many)
Great egret (6)
Great blue heron(4)
Common gallinule (3)
Sandhill crane (parents and 2 young)
Black vulture (3)

Loop Road from 41 to Sweetwster strand

Number of small birds I can identify
Boat tailed grackle(several)
American crow (many)
Swallow tailed kite(1 - saw it several times)
Snowy egret (1)

The Sandhill cranes and the swallow tailed kite were a great treat. I have pictures of the sand hill cranes, snowy egret, blue herons and common gallinule.
