Aside from two birds seen briefly at Fort Lauderdale in 2009, Dusky-headed Parakeets have been extirpated from Florida since 2004.
As Carlos said, Rose-ringeds are not ABA countable, although the California population certainly is established. All populations in Florida are extirpated except the declining population remaining at Naples.
