Hi Tierza! If you look at the links above the posts you will see a link to a great resource that Brian Rapoza has put together over the years. Look for Birding Locations, here Brian has kindly posted birding sites and directions to help you learn the area. As for Holly's report, the RR tracks are not a hotspot but rather a spot Holly has found good for migrants, that is my best guess. Perhaps Holly will chime in to help you with that question.
