Contact the Avian Reconditioning Center in Apopka, they have the largest flight cage to ensure it is physically at full potential. However for such owls without parental protection, the survival rate is zero, according a study of released, banded Barn Owls. For this reason, never remove an owlet from a nest, no matter how much the property owner wants to get rid of the "problem". A captive raised owl might require a soft release to increase the odds.
