Rangel is talking about the Crandon Nature Center in Key Biscayne. Look in the Birding Locations tab in the web pages header. Here you simply click on the Southern Miami-Dade link, Crandon Beach is the first location listed.
This morning we saw two Black-whiskered Vireos at the southern terminus of the nature trail in Bill Baggs Cape FL SP which is down the road from Crandon Beach. No La Sagras Flycatcher though, the last time we saw and heard the bird was on 4/28 in a restricted portion of the park :(
