Larry got a call and a photo from Barbara Horn of a Bahama Mockingbird in Ft. Zachary Taylor, seen and heard singing in a large fig near the parking lot bathroom.

That makes two Bahama Mockingbirds, a LaSagra's Flycatcher, and now a Thick-billed Vireo showing up in the last 3 days. This makes perfect sense, since none of these is in Dade County! Also, a Connecticut Warbler at Cypress Creek, following a week of great birds north, south, and especially west of us. The anti-rarity forcefield is working just as planned. Bwa ha ha! Bwa ha ha!
