Good afternoon Steve,

All species of golden-plovers are long-distance migrants, so they have long wings that extend well beyond the tail when the bird is at rest. Black-belied Plovers in contrast are shorter-distance migrants with wings that do not extend beyond the tail when at rest.

All I see in your video are Black-bellied Plovers.
