We did find one in Greynolds on the CBC. It was part of a big warbler/vireo/gnatcatcher flock (ca 125 birds) that also included Nashville Warbler.
Yellow-throated Vireo winters in hammocks and residential areas. As residential areas are not usually heavily birded, it is likely more common here in winter than most people think.
: Today, I had yet another YTVI in my area, this time around the intersection of North Miami Avenue and 96th street in Miami Shores. I wish we had these on the CBC.
