If you click on "Birds" at the top of this site and then click on "Specialty Birds" in the left hand column, there is an excellent list of where to find certain birds.

I live off of I195 and Alton in Miami Beach and we have many types of parrots right in the neighborhood. I can give you exact locations where you are likely to see different parrots/parakeets in Miami Beach if you'd like.
