I was actually unsure of the id of this bird at first myself. But it appears to be a Blackpoll.
Pink feet and legs... and the dark spots along the flanks point to this being Blackpoll. I also recall taking the photo as I was pointing the camera at the Blackpoll Bill B pointed out.
All of you were brave to chime in. Photo ids can be difficult.
