Seen at 10:45 AM today at the preserve directly adjacent to Founders Park in Islamorada, bayside at mile marker 87.

Enter Founders Park, and immediately turn right (do not go through entrance gate). Drive past a baseball field, and go through small roundabout to reach the preserve gravel parking lot. With your back toward US 1 and facing the preserve, the Cuckoo was found about half-way down the left most trail (it is adjacent to the baseball field). There are nice groupings of trees and it was sighted in a cluster of trees, and was quite cooperative for excellent looks.

Other species seen this morning:

Blue Grosbeak
Indigo Bunting
American Redstart
Palm Warbler
Northern Parula
Black-throated Blue Warbler
Bobolink
Swainson's Thrush

Seen yesterday in Marathon at Sombrero Golf Course:

Chestnut-sided Warbler
Black-throated Green Warbler
Yellow Warbler
