Yes, it is possible this is what I saw - I wasn't sure what type of birds they were. I had never seen them before. I guess I should have posted a description of the birds and let those more experienced assist me in identifying. I basically looked up pictures on the internet of birds in Florida and came accross the picture of the Kites and they looked like what I saw. I did not come accross the picture of the Magnificent Frigatebirds but just looked them up and it could have been these: it certainly would make more sense. I was unable to get a closer look because I had my blue & gold macaw with me and unfortunately not a camera -
