good numbers of migrants at Crandon

I walked throughout Crandon Park this afternoon and there were good numbers of migrants throughout. In particular, in the Bearcut Preserve portion, many birds were hunkered down out of the wind. Almost all of the Carribean warblers were in good supply. I also flushed a large yellow warbler out of the underbrush at Bearcut that had the look of a Hooded or Kentucky.

I counted 12 Gray Kingbirds and also had a couple Cave Swallows fly in at dusk. There was a good number of Semipalmated Sandpipers (maybe 10-15) that were FOTS for me and by far the most peep of any kind I've ever seen at that location.
