Hi Jo,
The La Sagra's Fly is being seen @ Bill Baggs Cape FL State Park(entrance fee). The bird has been hanging out at the southern end of the nature trial. When you enter the park drive to Area C parking lot, park at the south end of this lot. Enter the nature trail from here and start to listen for the call and if you are lucky, you will spot it first. Mornings are best but we see the flycatcher 4-5 times a day and at all times. Good luck and let us know what you see on your birding trip to FL.
