The past four year we have routed a trip thru Palm beach and Broward countys to reach the Century mark. Last year was our high at 98.
Despite a slow migration. EXHAUSTING work and great routing we finally did it,, 105 Species. That Nighthawk at the Chinese(take out) place was the finally.
Highlists:
Green Cay: Least bittern-4, Sora-2, Br Headed Cowbird-1 plus Bobcat with kit.
Waco Water Treatment- Solitary Sandpiper-1
Gumbo Limbo, Boca Raton- Worm Eating-1 Swainsons Warbler-1
Boca Raton Beach- Roseate tern-2
Hillsboro Inlet-Mag Frigatebird-1
Tall cypress preserve- Blackpoll-2
Evergreen cemetery- Military Macaw-1
Richardson Park- Ovenbird-1, Indigo bunting-1, BH Vireo-1 ( late)
Westin hotel Lagoon. Gray- cheeked Thrush-1 ,Scarlet Tanager-1, Northern Waterthrush-1
Mill Pond Park- Northern Waterthrush-1
Key misses: Cape May, Pileated,Great crested. Only swallows Tree and martin.
