Flamingo: Third Shiny Cowbird?

I found the Shiny and Brown-headed Cowbirds today near the Flamingo marina. I've seen reports of 2 males but I believe there is a third (young) male. Sibley indicates that a Brown 1st year male is a rare variant but Pyle says that through July, young males can retain pale and abraded juvenile feathers. I'm curious if it's actually a variant and if anyone else has seen this bird.
