Today it happened to be a slow day at work so I had the opporunity to bird around the park and picked up my first Brown Thrasher ever on Key Biscayne. It was located in the butterfly garden just behind the Nature Center (north beach entrance). I was wondering if anyone else has ever seen this bird out here? I recorded 40 birds total for the day.
