rose breasted grosbeak

I believe I have a rose breasted grosbeak visiting my birdfeeder the last few days. It appears to be in between immature and mature plumage....it has black and white on its wings, pale red breast, white eyebrows, streaking on neck and head, with some black beginning on cheeks. Bill is pinkish.

I am pretty much new to birding and really don't know if this is common migrator or not.
