HI Folks,
This evening I found a Lincoln's sparrow at the end of Research Rd. It was working the fence to the left of the gate.
Also, there were three male Black-throated blue warblers and a Red-eyed vireo at the beginning of the Old Ingraham Highway at Royal Palm. Could these have blown in on the cold front? This morning before dawn I heard several Veeries flying overhead in Pasco County. Later there was a Yellow warbler and a Swainson's thrush at Starkey Wilderness Park. There were still many lingering songbirds in the panhandle the last couple days. Maybe they are finally pushing through.
