Toucan Sighting

I recently sighted what looks to be a Yellow-billed Hornbill on the south end of Sanibel Island. According to what I could find on them, they are supposed to be native to Asia and Africa. The picture on the www.biology.ucr.edu URL looks just like it. I'm not a regular bird watcher, but I have a good photo that I took of it. Did it get blown in with Hurricane Charley or are there others around?
