A group of 15 high energy birders enjoed a great day with a few good birds. Total species 58.
Markham Park: highlights
Purple Swamphen-2 ( seen by a few of group)
American Crow-1 been hanging around dike heard clearly by leader and John Boyd
Brown Thasher-1 (well seen singing on territory)
Sedge Wren- 1 well seen by group, Thanks John Boyd for hearing the "tic..tic"
Plantation Preserve;

Greater Yellowlegs-2
Spotted Sandpiper-2
White-winged Parakeet-2
Ruby -throated Hummingbird-2
Brown Thrasher-2 ( singing on territroy)
Evergreen Cemetery:

Thanks to sharp spotting by Warren Parker we got limited quick views,, in heavily wooded area of a possible Chuck -wills Widow. we could not exclude a small accipiter so the bird was uncalled.
