duck indentification

Last Saturday a saw for the first time 4 indentical ducks that no one yet can identify.

They look somewhat like a whistling duck about the same size of a moscowie duck with pink feet and long legs also pink, tan or greyish color of the neck and body with black and white wings with a smal section of orange at the tip. The most unique feature is a oval black spot on the belly about 5 inches across.
They sound like a regular duck.

I'm very curious since I have lived on this lake in the heart of Fort Lauderdale for 15 years and I have never seen this duck.
