Frank is correct, it's Eulophia graminea. It's the second orchid classified as an exotic invasive in FL (Oeceoclades maculata is the other, even though it may have arrived naturally). Eradication efforts are already underway in sensitive natural areas in Broward county; you should remove it before it goes to seed.
