Birded the cemetery adjacent to the park this morning for an hour. Had 5 warbler species, Yellow-rumped (most common by far, some were in breeding plumage), Prairie, Black-and-white, Palm and a singing Yellow-throated Warbler (first time I hear song). Other birds seen were Kestrel, Eastern Phoebe, female RT Hummingbird, Gray Catbirds, Gnatcatcher and the usual Cardinal, Jays, Mockingbirds and Red-bellied Woodpeckers. Also saw my first Kendall Laughing Gulls flying overhead, dark head and all, with some Ring-billed Gulls. I've only seen them near the coast before. White-crowned Pigeons seen later in Horse Country.
