This trip was a caravan of 12 cars. Since we were in the last car there were a lot of birds in the front of the group that we missed and several flushed birds we only heard. This is to be expected in a caravan of this size. We were focused on finding easy birds for photographers on this trip. Sometimes it is hard to hear and understand thru walkie talkies and we didn't always understand the bird being seen. This too is part of traveling with this many cars. We all do the best we can and realize that it is impossible for 38 people to always see and hear the same birds.
