Hey birders,
On my way out of the Everglades, I stopped to see if any flycatchers were about. (David S. joined me) At the Aerojet/9336 intersection, the WESTERN KINGBIRD & 4 SCISSOR-TAILED FLYCATCHERS were in the SW corner on the powerlines along 9336. Just as we were leaving, the ASH-THROATED FLYCATCHER called and flew into view in the SE corner behind the fenced area sitting in some small trees in front of the "hammock". It called it's single note (soft "prrt") several times. One LEAST FLYCATCHER was also calling just south of the AT Flycatcher.
Both male VERMILION FLYCATCHERS were also present further east as usual. (one at the C-111 compound and the other along the 9336 fence southside between C-111 and Aerojet Rd)
