I'd be interested in knowing what kind of rate a charter would charge. I've only done 2 pelagics off Miami in March, with fairly slow results. I'd say if you want the best bang for your buck wait till May-July. However, there's always the unexpected out there, and Stuart is 125 miles farther north so things could be different. If you can run to ther far side of the stream the potential for good birds will increase, but so will the gas bill. Please keep us posted.
