Western Spindalis @ South Bay RV Campground (eBird Report)

According to eBird, a male Western Spindalis was seen on February 7 at South Bay RV Campground, which is on US 27, about a mile or two north of the town of South Bay, at the southern end of Lake Okeechobee in Palm Beach County. If anyone knows if the campground is accessible to those not camping there, please post that information on the BirdBoard. If anyone else sees this bird, please post that as well!
