Doc Thomas - Magnolia Warbler

I was at the Doc Thomas House today around 1pm, and came across a small flock behind the chickee hut. With the Magnolia was a Black-and-white, Palm, and Blue-gray Gnatcatcher. Is it odd to see a Magnolia Warbler in winter in South Florida?
