Briefly stopped by Cutler today at noon and saw a female Red-breasted Merganser diving near Blue-winged Teals and Mottled Ducks. My first at Cutler. Other birds seen were N. Harrier, Glossy Ibis, Greater Yellowlegs,Coot, Great, Tricolored and Little Blue Herons.
