Thanks for the report Shannon,

For those interested, Coco Plum Beach is in Marathon. The turn off is at about mile marker 54 (Coco Plum Drive). And for those with newer field guides, Lesser Golden-Plover was split a few years ago and now we have American and Pacific Golden-Plover. Pacific has yet to be recorded in Florida, but is certainly worth looking for, though the ID can be a nightmare at this time of year...

BTW I haven't been down to look for this bird, but I would suggest checking the airport as well if you go. Lot's of good grasspiper habitat...
