Frances brings Chestnut-sided Warbler

I found a Chestnut-sided Warbler right outside my house in the Hammocks this afternoon. Although I've seen them elsewhere in Miami-Dade at other times, the last time I saw one anywhere in the Hammocks was right after Hurricane Irene.

Backyard birding was pretty decent. Four other warbler species were also present (Parula, Prairie, Yellow-throated, Black-and-white).
