Well,on my third attempt to see the Ash-throated Flycatcher, it finally showed but not before making me wait. It did not seem to be around earlier in the morning. There were a number of birders at Lucky Hammock and along Aerojet Rd. Good numbers of Sparrows around,most numerous were Savannahs but also Grasshopper,Swamp,and White-crowned. Western Kingbird,Scissor-tailed on the wires. I saw the Ash-throated around 10:30 and again around 12 on both sides of the main road just east of Aerojet.
