After birding in ENP early this morning, I stopped just inside the entrance to Southern Glades EWA and checked out the area along 9336. Few sparrows were found on this occasion, however I did get excellent looks at the wintering Ash-throated Flycatcher. It is remaining faithful to the small hardwood hammock at the corner of Aerojet Road and 9336, as well as the fence line and trees on both sides of 9336 in the vicinity of this hammock. It provided exceptionally close views when feeding along the north side of 9336.

Other highlights were the two Vermilion Flycatchers, one pale Swainson's Hawk, four Scissor-tailed Flycatchers and one Western Kingbird (feeding in the fallow field just south of 9336).
