Highlights from Green Cay this afternoon included a flock of Black-bellied Whistling-Ducks, Least Bitterns, Roseate Spoonbill, several Sora, Purple Gallinules, and a male Painted Bunting. The Cinnamon-type (decidedly a hybrid) Teal was not observed; many of the ducks present in late November were absent.
The winds kept many of the passerines hunkered down and uncooperative.
