Mockingbird with a white tail

I have seen a mockingbird with a pure white tail at the Arbor's Condominiums(SW 55th Avenue and SW78th Street) in High Pines(theoretical Coral Gables) several times in the past weeks.
The location is about 6 blocks directly south of the eastern
edge of the TAS Headquarters. The bird is hard to miss.
