Liz Golden just sent this photo of a (probable) young GREAT CORMORANT at Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. It was seen at 10:30 AM between fishing platforms 7 and 8, ~15 feet from the seawall.

Enter Bill Baggs Cape Florida SP and drive south to Area D. Park as far west as possible and scan the rocks along the seawall.
