A calling Brown-crested Flcatcher was seen at the Alligator Farm Hammock (aka the "Fake Hammock" for its multitude of exotic plant species)on SW 192nd Ave. south of 392nd St. There were also several warbler species present including Black-throated Green, Cape May, and Black-throated Blue. The birds were vigorously feeding in the melaleuca early in the morning. This spot slows down significantly once auto traffic starts coming into the Alligator Farm later in the morning.

Large numbers of Red-breasted Mergansers, several Horned Grebe, and a Caspian Tern are still present at the previously described quarry off of SW 107th Ave.

The Marbled Godwit is still present at Hobie Beach on Rickenbacker Causeway associating with several Willet.
