This morning Michelle Davis and I saw a male Kentucky Warbler fairly near the bike path. Interestingly, a male KEWA was at this exact location (bottom of buttonwood tree) August 14, 2003. We had Prairies and Northern Parula at same spot but we didn't check the trails.

Cuban Crescents have finally hatched (or whatever the correct term is), about 7-10 days later than last year. There were ~30 fresh ones. In the same area were ~25 Atala pupae. Park at No Name Harbor parking area and walk south along paved bike path. At the restrooms, turn left, then left again, going north along Pond Trail. The Cuban Crescents will be anywhere in this area.
