Birded the park for about one hour this afternoon, mostly in the main hammock and western end of park. Some of the birds seen were:
Cooper's Hawk
Short-tailed Hawk (dark) soaring with Black Vultures
Ruby-throated Hummingbird
Eastern Phoebe
Blue-headed Vireo
BG Gnatcatcher
Yellow-rumped Warbler
Palm Warbler
Ovenbird
Summer Tanager (female)
Also had a flock of about 25 ducks flying high overhead that I was not able to identify.
