There were 5 Horned Grebes on the lake east of the intersection of SW 107th Ave. and SW 272nd St. outside of Homestead. There was also a lone Caspian Tern on the shoreline.
There were tons of birds at Cutler Wetlands including hundreds of gulls (primarily Ring-billed). I didn't see anything unusual although I did see a single American White Pelican which I hadn't seen there earlier this year.
