Mother bobcat with four kittens has stolen the show these last couple of days from the Green-winged Teal, Blue Winged Teal, Merlin, awesome pair of red-shouldered hawks and about 1000 coots at Green Cay. The cat family has been present at the cypress head just east of the pavillion near the gator nest. I lucked out this day and missed the grand show on Friday but saw enough pictures to make a believer of me.

And also, scoress of yellow rumped warbler in the area many changing colors.

A photographer of some repute also displayed a picture of a group of three deer near the bus park terminal at Loxahatchee with one deer being a very light shade of white. Not an albino.

And speaking of Loxahatchee, a group of 14 snipes were feeding in the pond opposite the bus stop.

And exit 81 now has about 125 ringed neck ducks in the pond but very difficult to see or photograph because of the new DOT fence.
