Dump Marsh, Black Point Jetty.

: I had 9 species of duck this morning here in South Dade. : Mottled several. : Gadwall 2 : Green-winged Teal many. : Northern Pintail 6 : Northern Shoveler several. : Blue-winged Teal many. : Ringed-necked Duck many. : Lesser Scaup 133 : Red-breasted Merganser many but only from the jetty. : All the ducks except Lesser Scaup were at Dump Marsh. The Lesser Scaup were seen from the south side of the Jetty at Black Point. I counted about 133 or so. There has been at least one American Widgeon seen from the jetty but not today. Also at the end of the jetty were Black-bellied Plover, one Red Knott, Least Sandpiper, Ruddy Turnstone, Royal Tern and Caspian as well as a few assorted Gulls.
